• A legal compliance review by the California Department of Education approved the materials to be in compliance with social content requirements of Education Code Sections 60040-60044 November 1, 1999 and was renewed December 31, 2005. This approval is for social content only and does not constitute state-adoption.



Idaho

• The Idaho State Department of Education approved the BUILDING BLOCKS TO READINGTM program in the category of Limited on January 23, 2001.

• The Idaho State Department of Education approved the BUILDING BLOCKS TO READINGTM program in the category of K-3 RESEARCH -BASED READING INTERVENTION Materials on September 1, 2005.
